ARTMAGEDDON, the World's Biggest Free Art & Music Festival, returns to Brooklyn for an entire month of creative ecstasy, culminating in a transformative day of celebration and creative freedom on September 27, 2026.

Featuring more than 500 artists, bands, performers, writers and cultural organizers, ARTMAGEDDON will unfold across Brooklyn's 50,244 land acres through a constellation of immersive experiences, neighborhood activations & participatory happenings. In scope & ambition, the festival seeks to transform the borough itself into a living work of art.

Now WITH its eighth FESTIVAL, ARTMAGEDDON expands the Artmageddon Collective's six-year mission: to make Brooklyn the most inspiring place in the world to live & work by bringing people together through shared acts of imagination, expression & joyful participation.

Seven experiential Art Villages will serve as portals into this borough-wide celebration, fusing artists, performers & neighbors of every generation and background through creative encounter, collaboration & delight.
